I painted this little etegami of a red panda after a visit to the US National Zoo’s Front Royal location, in Virginia, way back in October 2014. The red pandas were moved there to encourage breeding — I guess city life gets them down.

These guys inspired quite a few red panda etegami — stay tuned for a few more.
